Al Andalus is situated in Vera Playa, Costa Del Almeria, Spain. The nearest Airports are Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.

 
Vera Playa is just a 2 minutes drive from the apartment and is an undiscovered secret with 7 kms of award winning beaches, part of which are reserved for naturists. The sea side village has a small selection of restaurants and shops, lovely long sea front walks and for that great family day out, an Aqua Park .
 

Vera Town is 5 kilometres inland, just a 5 minute drive, it is a typically Spanish old town with interesting architecture, an impressive bullring and Main Square , a good range of shops, small restaurants, tapas bars and a lively street market on a Saturday morning.  

Mojacar is only 7kms from Vera Playa; this dazzling white hilltop ancient Moorish village is totally enchanting with its windy narrow streets, a square that has a magnificent view point that looks out to other mountain ranges, the valley leading to the Mediterranean Sea and its long coast line to the east.

Being a tourist village, it has all the usual shops selling locally made crafts, gifts and plenty of little bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

 
Mojacar Playa boasts 9 kilometres of beautiful beaches, many fine restaurants, bars and shops catering for all tastes.
 

Garrucha, just a few kilometres away, is a picturesque small town with a colourful working harbour where you can purchase fresh fish most days. It also has a marina and 4 kilometres of beautiful tree lined seafront. Garrucha is renowned in the area for its excellent seafood restaurants, but also has many other types of restaurants and bars.

 

For the golf lovers amongst you the apartment is situated within 10-15 minutes drive of four superb courses and a local driving range and 9-hole pitch and put course.
